19th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - WEDNESDAY 24 FEBRUARY 2016
CIVIC HALL, WALLASEY TOWN HALL at 12.15 pm

You are warmly invited to attend one of the aggregate Annual General Meetings which will take place on Wednesday, 24 February 2016 at 12.15 pm in the Civic Hall, Wallasey Town Hall (a buffet lunch will be provided) or 4748, Hamilton Square, Birkenhead at 5.15 pm. An aggregate AGM is being held to maximize the active participation of members. Members can only be counted as being in attendance at one of the meetings and can vote at only one meeting also. A raffle will take place at the end of the second meeting and those eligible for the raffle will have to be in attendance at one of these meetings. The results will be announced on our website.
Your presence is urgently requested at the meeting in order that a fully representative vote may be taken on the matters under discussion.
Copies of the Agenda, the Annual Report and the Branch Rules will be available to view on the website (www.wirralunison.co.uk) and paper copies including the Financial Statement will be available at the meetings.
