It is with great sadness that Wirral UNISON announce the passing of our former Branch Secretary, Phil Goodwin.
Phil was a devoted campaigner, knowledgeable, professional and above all a friend to many of us.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Jill and his family.
